Utility

The Utility is accessed through the back door and is used as the primary entrance as it’s where we put coats, wellies, shoes, surfboards, etc. The door on the right leads straight to the downstairs bathroom.
The utility has a washer dryer, hoover, a spare drinks fridge and baskets for both wet and dry dog towels!
